If you have an item that is missing pieces or is otherwise defective, we suggest you contact the publisher of the game to provide the parts to fix the issue. The vast majority of the publishers we deal with have excellent customer service, and this is the most efficient method of getting the problem fixed. That said, we will still happily exchange most items if you would prefer to do so.
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
Collectible games (opened or sealed)
Food and drink
Event registration fees
Everything else is eligible for exchange within 30 days of the original purchase (Items purchased between November 15 and December 24 will be eligible for exchange until January 30).
To exchange an item:
The item must be completely intact and in the original shrink wrap.
The original sales receipt must be provided. If the original sale was rung under your name no receipt is required.
A Rainy Day Games Gift Card will be issued for the amount of the exchange. This Gift Card never expires and can be used for anything in the store.
Full Customer information in our database is required for any exchange.
